Time was when we had to choose between looking good and doing good. After abandoning my beloved sugared maple lipstick due to Lancôme’s (former) animal testing ways, I employed a “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy with cosmetic lines, preferring to live in ignorant – but delightfully lip-glossed – bliss.
