A girlfriend of mine showed up a party last night wearing the cutest brown and white polka dot trench. Not only was she sporting one of spring's hottest trends, but she was quick to answer my compliment with, "Thanks, Target! And I'm also wearing the cutest dress I got for nine dollars at J.Crew." Her willingness to share her great fashion steals made her my budget style hero of the week, and made me wonder why more women aren't as willing to spill their bargain-hunting finds.
